Mr. Song from Nanjing needed to ship some personal belongings to his new home in Singapore and found Seapoe Relo through a friend's introduction. The sales representative who communicated with Mr. Song provided detailed advice on international moving. After an on-site assessment, the estimated volume of items was about 9 cubic meters, which could be shipped via LCL consolidation together with other Seapoe Relo customers heading to Singapore. To ensure the safety of the items during transport, Seapoe Relo first provided some special cartons and auxiliary materials for Mr. Song to pack and organize small loose items. For large items as well as valuable and fragile items, Seapoe Relo's packing team provided professional packing at the time of door-to-door pickup.

A while ago, Seapoe Relo staff traveled from Shanghai to Mr. Song's home in Nanjing to pack the items to be shipped. After packing was completed, the items were transported to Seapoe Relo's warehouse in Shanghai for short-term storage, and then shipped via LCL consolidation to Singapore. Tips for moving from Nanjing to Singapore:

1. Plan your moving schedule well. Based on your travel date, make a moving plan at least 2 months in advance, confirm your international moving company 20-30 days ahead, and ship your items by sea.

2. Find a legitimate and professional international moving company, and purchase insurance during the move so that you can obtain compensation in case of accidents.

3. Use different packing solutions for different items. Books and small loose items can simply be packed in cartons, but for furniture, pianos, handicrafts and other valuable or fragile items, fumigation-free wooden crates are recommended.

4. Singapore prohibits bringing the following items into the country: drugs, firecrackers, gun-shaped lighters, currency, pirated publications and audio-visual products, pornographic materials, endangered species and their products, dangerous and treasonous items, etc.
